We are probably best
known for our standby medical coverage at events throughout the london
area.
Whether it is the labour day picnic, hockey tournament or the latest festival
in one of the parks we have been there to provide immediate first aid
assistance.
St. John Ambulance started this type of service in Canada right here in
London when No.1 Division of St. John Ambulance Brigade was established
in 1909.
To operate this service we depend
completely upon donations since St. John is not funded by any level
of government or the United Way.
If you would like your event
covered or would like to become involved
please contact us at (519) 432-9571.

Golf cart style units are stretcher
equipped for moving an injured person through
a crowded event to a location where they can be transported by conventional
means.

Trailer
style units have been converted into a
traditional first aid post. They are great for longer term events.
Standard
mobile first aid posts
are equipped to meet provincial standards for ambulance transport
but does so only when the provincial service is unavailable.
