
Patient Care providers are an efficient and effective group of volunteers trained to provide first aid and health care at public events. These members are a vital link between the occurrence of injury or illness and the arrival of medical assistance.
St. John Ambulance has programs for all ages. If you are older than 18, you can become an adult member.
All you need to join St. John Ambulance Community Service is a current Standard First Aid and CPR certificate -combined with a genuine interest and willingness to serve your community. We'll provide Medical First Responder training that will qualify you as a volunteer Medical First Responder and keep your skills current.
The average member contributes 3 to 4 hours per week - a minimum of 60 hours per year. St. John Ambulance volunteers often contribute many hours every year - because it''s rewarding and fun!
